At One Hundred Stars, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't quite right, you can return any unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached and the garment is in its original condition.

  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal collection point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
